Yes, on most vehicles. Before mounting the box, you can adjust the height of the fixation device to optimise trunk clearance for your car. This requires tools to reposition the mounting plate. Once installed, the box remains fixed in that position for secure driving.
Yes. The lid is protected with combination lock, and the box can be locked directly to the towbar using the included padlock. Your gear stays locked inside, and the box stays locked to the car.
Because it sits behind the car instead of on the roof, IXTAbox Pro creates less aerodynamic drag than a traditional roof box. This can help reduce fuel consumption and preserve electric range compared to roof-mounted cargo solutions.

No in it's standard form. IXTAbox Classic does not include interior or exterior LED lighting.
