Chassis Rail Fixation Type

The Chassis Rail Fixation is a required support system for mounting IXTAcaravan.

The Chassis Rail Fixation bolts directly to the caravan’s chassis and extends two steel support arms underneath IXTAcaravan. To ensure a proper fit across different caravan designs, two fixation types are available:

• Type A – for chassis with a C-shaped rail facing outwards
• Type B – for chassis with inward-facing C-shaped rails or higher I-shaped frames
  

Type B includes adjustable height positioning to match different chassis configurations.

The support arms are compatible with both types and can be adjusted in length to fit your caravan and securely support the box.
