      Shipping Costs

      Customers pay the fixed shipping cost that is added to the product purchase price when ordering from IXTAbox, no other freight cost is added. These costs are fixed per country or region. IXTAbox use established shipping service providers to ensure that normal / high service level can be expected.

      Delivery Times

      From the time IXTAbox has received payment of customer order, delivery from production is normally 2-3 weeks. Shipping time vary to 2-3 days within Scandinavia to 2-5 days for the rest of Europe.

      Shipping Restrictions

      IXTAbox currently ship products to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden and Åland. IXTAbox do not ship products to PO boxes.

      Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

      At IXTAbox we do our most to deliver premium products to our customers. Even though some mishaps are beyond our control, for example, in case a delivery is lost or damaged in transport to you as customer, we appreciate that you contact us directly. Together we will sort out how to handle the particular case in the best way for you as a customer.

      International Shipping Information

      Shipments to Norway, Switzerland and the UK require customs process and thus the shipping process can be longer, normally 1-3 extra days. A special customs declaration form CN-23 is completed by IXTAbox when sending the product. Customer as receiving part will need to pay local national VAT tax on the value of the purchase.

      Return Information

      IXTAbox products are made to order and thus we do not accept returns.
      In case your product has been damaged in transit from our production to you as customer, we request you to take photos of the received IXTAbox in its original packaging and send those photos to us directly. Together we will work out how to resolve that situation to your satisfaction.

      In case we accept the returning of an IXTAbox we ask you to pay for the freight and you will be reimbursed in case we find your claim valid.
