You need two measurements to define the correct length for your IXTAbox:
A - The width of your car (without the mirrors).*
A1- The length of your gear. What are you using IXTAbox for?

IXTAbox is available in two lengths: 190cm and 175cm

Tesla Model X is wide enough for all lenghts of IXTAbox.

To define the ideal height in relation to the license plate of your car, you will need to take the following measurement:

B1 - Distance between the top of the towing hook and the bottom of the license plate.

Note: If desired, a license plate registration holder can be mounted on the IXTAbox, positioned just below the logo.

Most medium to large cars - independent of brand - are tall enough for all IXTAbox heights. However, to confirm you are able to open the back door, you can take a single measurement.

B2 - Maximum distance between the top of the towing hook and the back door while opening

To measure this, place a rigid ruler or measuring tape on top of the towing hook while opening the car’s back door. Measure the maximum distance of the ruler without it touching the door while it opens. Refer to the height chart.
