Product Guarantee

IXTAbox provides a 10 year product guarantee on all IXTAboxes.

An IXTAbox is made of a special saltwater resistant aluminium alloy and acid-resistant stainless steel plates.  

The guarantee covers normal wear and tear on the metal plates excluding hinges, handles and reflexes.  

Excessive force or damage that is done to an IXTAbox that is not related to normal use of the product, will not be covered by the product guarantee.
